Juggling and Ground Moves
Learning the basics of how to juggle, and learning ground move sequences with the coaches

Lunchbreak
Refuel, rest, and reset for the afternoon.

Fundamentals
Rotating coaching blocks across the core fundamentals, each coach on what they do best.
- 05Late Afternoon
Mock Crew Competition
Close the day with a friendly mock battle. Bring everything you learned.

Luke Wrig
Luke is a freestyle footballer from Sydney with over 10 years of experience, competing at the World Freestyle Football Open 2023 in Prague and the Australian Freestyle Football Championships in 2018 and 2024.
He has over six years of coaching experience and has performed for global brands including Adidas, while delivering workshops and performances across Sydney schools and community events.
